Ingrid M. Fernandez

Ingrid has a combined ten years of experience, as both a paralegal and attorney. Prior to joining Mizrahi Kroub LLP, Ingrid worked at two well recognized Plaintiff-side boutique law firms where she worked on employment discrimination, retaliation, and civil sexual assault cases from inception through trial. Ingrid has represented victims of discrimination and sexual assault in high-stakes civil cases, advocating for justice, accountability, and the empowerment of individuals who have experienced trauma.

Ingrid proudly identifies as Afro-Latina and is fluent in Spanish. She strives to understand her client’s experiences and goals to achieve optimal results by taking a strategic, empathetic, results-driven approach to each case. Ingrid is dedicated to advocating for her clients by helping them navigate complex legal matters and ensuring each client is informed, supported, and confident in their legal decisions.
