Prior to founding the Firm, founding partner Joseph H. Mizrahi dedicated years of his life to champion the rights of the disabled against companies that regularly engaged in discriminatory practices. Separately, founding partner Edward Y. Kroub amassed close to two decades of legal experience protecting the rights of consumers, investors and the disabled in plaintiff-side class action and complex litigation nationwide. Sharing a unified vision to assist and service the average citizen against powerful corporate interests, Joseph and Edward partnered to level the playing field and opened the doors of the Firm in 2021.
