Daniel Bernard is an attorney deeply passionate about advocating for workers’ rights, and especially combating workplace discrimination and harassment. Drawing on personal experiences and a commitment to fairness, Daniel is determined to ensure that every employee can work in an environment where they are respected, valued, and treated with dignity. Daniel is dedicated to challenging unjust practices and holding employers accountable for creating safe and equitable workplaces.
Daniel graduated in May 2024 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he honed their legal expertise and developed a deep understanding of social justice issues. During law school, Daniel was an active member of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice Journal, contributing to important discussions about the intersection of law and social change. Daniel is proud to have been admitted to the New York Bar Association, marking the beginning of a promising career dedicated to ensuring that workers' rights are protected and that justice is achieved in the face of workplace inequities.
